20-First is a consultancy specialising in gender balance, working with global blue-chip corporations to promote gender balance in the workplace. To support their mission, they sought to create two e-pub books that would communicate key insights and facilitate discussions on gender balance. Their objective was to produce visually engaging content that would resonate with a diverse audience and encourage actionable change.
I developed a graphic approach to each book that utilises bold typography, infographics, and illustrative elements to break down information into digestible segments, with a visual hierarchy that guides readers through the content seamlessly. This design encourages readers to reflect on the content and motivates them to take further steps towards gender balance, ultimately contributing to a more equitable work environment for all.
